The author believes that a positive law must also appear, for example, the law of VAL and the science of "Valology": Valology (VAL / i + logia [logos-science; lego-talk, collect]) - 1) a branch of knowledge dedicated to the fact that everything is growing, for the better, towards the universal intelligence that one could only dream of; 2) the science of expanding the intellectual capabilities of everything (for example, "the increase in the total intelligence of the biosphere" (according to I. Krychtafovitch) or the growth of the intelligence of the element base of computer memory (according to V. Lapshinsky) etc; 3) collecting jokes, memes, proverbs, sayings, aphorisms, maxims and other statements in this field, as well as their public dissemination on the world wide web.

The author of the report formulates the law of VAL, various examples of its manifestation and discusses the key points of the science of "valology", which was first publicly announced in 2008.
